Frequently asked questions

Answers about the waitlist, data, pricing ($99–$199/mo), and support.

How do I sign up?

Join the waitlist with your name and work email. We're onboarding in small batches — self-serve Stripe checkout is paused for now.

What is Plant Delta Feed?

A weekly report of verified changes to the USDA FSIS establishment directory — adds, removals, and field updates with before/after evidence. Not a purchased lead list.

How is this different from the public FSIS site?

We snapshot the official MPI API weekly, diff against the prior snapshot, and surface only material changes with provenance. You get CSV + email instead of manual lookups.

Is there a free trial?

Not while we're waitlist-only. Join the waitlist — when checkout opens, the Founding plan ($149/mo) is planned to include a 14-day trial. See pricing.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is paused — join the waitlist for now. When billing opens, subscriptions will run through Stripe. Live billing is not enabled yet.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel at period end. Email [email protected] or manage via the Stripe customer portal once live billing is enabled.

How fast is support?

Email [email protected]. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Founding and Team plans get priority handling.

What's the difference between Starter, Founding, and Team?

Starter ($99/mo) — weekly report, CSV, email, 1 seat. Founding ($149/mo) adds vendor-fit tags, filters, priority support, 3 seats. Planned 14-day trial when checkout opens. Team ($199/mo) adds unlimited seats and shared filters. Full comparison on pricing.

Are vendor-fit tags purchase-intent signals?

No. Tags are directory-derived research heuristics (size class, species, grants, etc.). See accuracy limitations for full disclosure.

When do I get my first weekly report?

After onboarding, your first diff report ships following the next successful FSIS publish and collection run. We currently have a baseline snapshot only — see pipeline status on the homepage.

Why does the site show 0 changes this week?

We have one baseline snapshot on file. Weekly diffs begin after the next official FSIS publish and successful collection run. Pipeline status is shown on the homepage.
